It is Easy to Make a Purchase
Just browse our ‘Sales’
and ‘Magazine’ pages
and click on the ‘Add to basket’ button of any items
that you wish to purchase. You can even take out a subscription
to Repartee via the ‘subscribe’
page. At any time you may view the content of your basket,
add or remove items, or empty it completely, all without any
commitment to purchase. After you have finished your selection,
you may complete your order by one of the following methods.

shopping basket facility.
Ordering by Credit Card
Rose’s is able to accept orders by credit card
either online or by sending us the details when you order
by mail, phone or fax. To order online, when you have completed
making your selection as described above, please click on
the ‘Check Out’ button on the ‘View Basket’
page and you will be taken through the steps required to complete
your purchase. All these steps where you need to supply confidential
information is done securely with 128 bit high security which
you can identify by the padlock symbol in the lower right
of your browser when you use these pages.
We can accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa,
Delta, Switch, Solo.
Ordering by cheque (check) / Postal
Order
All cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to Rose’s.
For customers outside the UK (magazines and subscriptions
only):
If at all possible, please make payment in British currency.
If you cannot make payment in British currency, US dollars
are acceptable - BUT NOT ANY OTHER CURRENCY (as we
would incur heavy bank charges for conversion). If you send
a US Money/Postal Order, do make sure it is negotiable outside
the USA.
If payment is made in British currency, cheques (checks),
money orders or bankers' drafts must be drawn from a British
Bank.
British pound or US dollar notes may be sent at your own risk.
Do not send coins.
All Orders by Post or Fax
When writing or faxing, please give full details of exactly
what it is you would like to purchase.
In the case of a subscription, please print and send us the
Subscription Form.
For other items, when you have selected the items you require
and added them to your shopping basket, please print the basket
as an Order Form which you can mail/fax to us.
Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although in practice,
many items will be available within 10-14 days. All prices
for Blue Moon sales include delivery within the UK
– we cannot supply these items to an overseas address.
Magazines and subscriptions:
These are available throughout the world and we have quoted
prices for Europe and Rest of World. The Euro and US Dollar
equivalent prices should be treated as a guide only as they
will be dependent on the rate of exchange at the time your
payment is processed. Overseas orders will be charged at the
UK pound price for the appropriate zone and your credit card
company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If any item we supply is defective
or you are not happy with it for any valid reason, we will
refund your money if the item is returned to us within 30
days in the condition in which it was supplied.
Privacy
Rose’s never discloses buyers’ information
to third parties. Absolute confidentiality is always assured
and all mailings are in very secure plain packing.
