Failure to follow up with the payment of a deposit after places for you have been offered may result in future enquiries from you being taken less seriously.

If you are coming alone: There are very few single rooms which will probably be taken very quickly. If you are coming alone you will have a much better chance of a place if you are willing to share a room (twin beds) with another (we will allocate someone).

For two persons booking:	4-poster double bed twin beds
There are two superior rooms with a 4-poster double bed available to the first two couples who request them overleaf. A £25 supplement for the room for the weekend will be added to the balance of payment.
If you requested twin beds above, would you accept a double if no twins are available?		Yes No
The demand for twin beds usually exceeds availability so if you are willing to share a double bed there will usually be a better chance of places being available when we are close to becoming fully booked. Note: There are no ‘family’ rooms so if there are more than two in your party, please submit this form again for another room for the extra persons.

Check here if you would be interested in the Heights of Abraham cable car & caverns outing on the Saturday (details here). If you check this there is no obligation to join the group outing if you decide later you would prefer to go separately at another time or not at all. Check here if you are interested in joining the coach trip to Chatsworth House on the Sunday (details here). This will need to be booked in advance and the anticipated cost will be about £20 (payable along with the balance of payment for the weekend).

If we are able to offer you the accommodation you request, we will request payment of the deposit which can be made by cheque or Postal Order by normal post or by PayPal. If you prefer to pay via PayPal we will send you an email PayPal Payment Request (there will be a small surcharge to cover the PayPal transaction fee). You do not need to have a PayPal account yourself to pay this way as you can use your credit card. Sorry we cannot accept on-line credit card payments for Harmony Weekend bookings using the Shopping Cart Service on this site as this can only handle Repartee and Blue Moon sales.

If the accommodation you requested is available, the submission of this form will be treated as a provisional booking. As such the places offered to you will be held for a maximum of seven days whilst we await your payment.

Bookings will only be made firm upon receipt of a deposit
